Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of framers focused on building customer relationships.
• Drive custom framing sales and assist customers in creating framing solutions.
• Plan workload with Store Manager to deliver framing projects on time.
• Achieve KPI targets and manage the framing team to meet goals.
• Oversee inventory management, shrink control, and safety programs.
• Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD) and participate in interviewing and training of team members.
