You will coach team members, manage inventory and SOP adherence, and ensure framing projects meet quality and schedule targets, including after-hours shifts.

Qualifications

• Previous custom framing experience is preferred.
• Retail management experience is preferred.
• Experience leading a sales team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the framing team to deliver high-quality custom framing solutions.
• Assist Store Manager in enforcing SOPs and company policies.
• Plan workload with the Store Manager to meet KPI targets and ensure on-time delivery.
• Manage inventory, shrink, and safety programs and participate in talent development.
