Williams College is accepting applications for full-time Custodian positions in the Facilities Department on campus in Williamstown, MA. The role offers comprehensive benefits, a 40-hour work week, and a stable, year-round schedule (Monday–Friday 5:30 am–2:00 pm).

The consistent hours & schedule for custodian positions is Monday - Friday, 5:30 am - 2:00 pm. Schedules may change based on department needs. This position is eligible for premium pay, including overtime and applicable shift differentials, for work performed during holidays, weekends, emergency snow response, and other qualifying shifts.
Pay ranges from $20.75 - $22.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
