Williams College is now accepting applications for a Lead Custodian to join the Custodial Services team. This is a full-time (40 hours per week), year-round position, reporting to the Custodial Services Manager. As Lead Custodian, you will help us operate and maintain a safe, beautiful, and sustainable environment for living and learning at Williams.

Monday through Friday from 5:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Schedules are subject to change based on departmental needs. Overtime, weekends, and holidays may be required as needed. This position is eligible for premium pay, including overtime and applicable shift differentials, for work performed during holidays, weekends, emergency snow response, and other qualifying shifts.
Pay ranges from $24.50–$28.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
