Williams College in Williamstown, MA seeks a seasoned program coordinator for the 50th Reunion program. You will plan and execute reunion events, manage alumni volunteers, and support fundraising initiatives across campus partners.
The role requires a Bachelor's degree with at least five years of experience, exceptional communication, organization, and data-driven problem solving, plus willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed.
Position involves routine office work, including use of a computer with standing or sitting desk options. Meetings may be conducted in-person or remotely (e.g. via Zoom). Producing events involves a variety of venues on campus, some of which are designed to be accessible, and many of which may be exposed to the elements (includes heat/cold conditions, dry/arid, wet/rain/snow conditions). Position will include weekend and evening work at certain times of the year.
Application review will begin on September 8, 2026. Pay range is from $72,500-$82,500, commensurate with experience. For consideration, a cover letter is required. In select circumstances, hybrid on-site/remote work arrangements may be available for up to 2 days per week of remote work for employees based in MA, NY, CT, or VT, following a fully in-person onboarding period. This position requires a minimum of 3 days per week of on-campus, in-person work. Remote work arrangements are subject to review and revision as policy evolves. Remote work will not be available on the days of, and essential planning days leading up to, major on-campus events.
