Under the direct supervision form the Director of Administration, a custodian at the State Office will work on a team to ensure their assigned areas are clean, sanitized, accessible and presentable at all times. In this position you will be responsible for the following duties:Considerable knowledge of cleaning methods, safety practices, equipment and supplies.
Ability to understand and carry out routine listings of supplies and prepare other simple reports and records.
Ability to make minor repairs and adjustments to equipment.
Physical abilities include balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting up to fifty pounds with assistance, grasping, hearing, smelling, and repetitive motions.
