Job summary

Nisqually Red Wind Casino is seeking a facilities leader to maintain a clean, safe, and efficient casino environment. You will delegate tasks to facilities Team Members and address day-to-day guest complaints and team member disputes to preserve service quality.

This role supports the mission to provide an exceptional guest experience while upholding safety standards and teamwork across departments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2 years of general cleaning or grounds care experience.
• 6 months supervisory experience.
• Able to learn safety standards (SDS).
• Intermediate computer skills.
• Able to obtain NRWC pre-employment testing.
• Able to work all shifts including weekends/holidays.
• Ability to obtain a Class III Gaming License.

Responsibilities

• Knowledge of Guest Service Standards.
• Clean bathrooms, vacuum, dust, mop, and polish.
• Follow safety standards and operate equipment safely.
• Ensure shift responsibilities are completed.
• Supervise Team Members and propose improvements.
• Report issues to Facilities Manager or Supervisor.
