Lucky Eagle Casino & Hotel is seeking a Custodial Supervisor to ensure all casino areas remain clean and presentable. You may assist EVS leadership with departmental administration while maintaining guest service excellence.

The role requires leadership experience, a focus on safety, and flexibility for occasional extended hours. A High School Diploma or GED is required, and a Washington Gaming License eligibility is essential.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year custodial experience with leadership skills.
• Must be 21+ years old and able to obtain Washington State Class II Gaming License.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and maintain driving record per casino requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise EVS custodial staff per supervisor guidance.
• Lead shifts in the absence of a supervisor (PTO, callouts, training).
• Adhere to casino safety policies and procedures at all times.
• Assist with guest complaints and incidents as needed.
• Participate in scheduling and ensure property and equipment upkeep.
• Provide training to new team members and support operational tasks.
