Qualifications

• 6 months guest service experience
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Basic math skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Passion for providing extraordinary service
• Ability to work within a team
• Excellent written communication skills
• Ability to obtain a Food Handlers Permit
• Pass NRWC pre-employment testing
• Ability to obtain a Class II gaming license

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly with a smile and eye contact
• Input orders into the POS system and answer questions about products and services
• Process guest orders accurately and efficiently
• Collaborate with team for smooth operations
• Deliver food orders when applicable
• Prepare and serve beverages per Nisqually Grounds recipes
• Assist with food prep and safe storage of items
• Ensure proper labeling of products with dates and pricing
• Answer calls and provide service
• Maintain sanitation and safety standards
• Restock Grab and Go displays when needed
• Clean tables after guests depart
• Reconcile cash drawers accurately
• Perform other duties as assigned
