Job summary

Qualifications

• Three years' custodial/maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Vacuum and clean carpets, dust, mop, sweep, wax, buff, and strip floors.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms and kitchens; restock supplies.
• Perform general building maintenance repairs (plumbing, electrical, carpentry).
• Paint interiors/exteriors; inspect for pests and damage.
• Mow, weed, prune, maintain lawns; clean parking lots.
