Job summary

Global Connections to Employment, Inc. seeks a Custodial Quality Control Inspector to ensure adherence to the company’s Quality Control Plan at the assigned site.

You will monitor cleaning standards, timeliness, and consistency of services, reporting any defects or discrepancies. You will collaborate with the Project Manager and operations staff to analyze issues, perform root cause analysis, and recommend corrective actions to maintain high client satisfaction and compliance with contract

Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in custodial services.
• Knowledge of Ability One mission and expectations.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong team member and customer service skills.
• Physical ability to perform general tasks described in the contract.
• Ability to interact appropriately with customers and team members.
• Driver’s license may be required with a clean driving record.
• Must pass state or federal background screenings as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to the GCE Quality Control Plan (QCP) and meet performance standards at the assigned site.
• Inspect services for defects, timeliness, and discrepancies; provide root cause analysis.
• Communicate findings to the Project Manager and operational staff with corrective recommendations.
