Job summary

Global Connections to Employment, Inc. is seeking a Custodial Quality Control Inspector to ensure adherence to the Quality Control Plan at assigned worksites.

You will inspect cleaning services for defects, timeliness, and discrepancies, and report findings to the Project Manager. The role requires at least two years in custodial services, strong communication, and the ability to work with customers and team members.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of custodial experience.
• Knowledge of Ability One mission and expectations.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong teamwork and customer service abilities.
• Physical ability to perform general tasks per contract.
• Ability to interact appropriately with customers and team members.
• May require a valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.
• Must pass state or federal background screenings as appropriate.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to the GCE Quality Control Plan at assigned worksites.
• Inspect custodial services for defects, timeliness, and discrepancies.
• Provide root cause analysis and recommendations to correct deficiencies.
• Investigate customer complaints and report findings to the Project Manager.
