Job summary

Global Connections to Employment (GCE) is seeking a Custodial Quality Control Inspector to ensure adherence to the Quality Control Plan and performance standards at the assigned worksite. You will inspect services for defects, timeliness, and discrepancies, and provide root cause analyses and corrective recommendations to the Project Manager and team.

The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to pass background screenings.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of custodial services experience required.
• Knowledge of Ability One mission and expectations.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills required.
• Strong customer service and teamwork abilities required.
• Physically able to perform general custodial tasks and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must meet eligibility requirements for the contract and pass background screenings.

Responsibilities

• Inspect services for defects, timeliness, and discrepancies under the Quality Control Plan.
• Provide root cause analysis of customer complaints and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Project Manager and operations staff to meet performance objectives.
• May travel to various locations and work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
