Job summary

Global Connections to Employment (GCE) is seeking a Custodial Quality Control Inspector to uphold the Quality Control Plan across assigned sites. You will monitor performance, ensure timeliness, and report defects or discrepancies to the Project Manager.

The role requires at least two years in custodial services, knowledge of Ability One, and excellent oral and written communication plus strong teamwork and customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of custodial services experience.
• Knowledge of Ability One mission and expectations.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong teamwork and customer service abilities.
• Must meet contract requirements and pass screenings.
• Valid driver's license may be required depending on location.

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to the GCE Quality Control Plan and performance standards.
• Inspect services for defects, timeliness, and discrepancies.
• Investigate customer complaints and provide root-cause analysis and corrective recommendations.
• Coordinate with Project Manager and staff to meet objectives.
