Job summary

Global Connections to Employment is seeking a Custodial Quality Control Inspector to ensure adherence to the Quality Control Plan at the assigned site(s). You will inspect cleaning services for defects, timeliness and discrepancies and provide root-cause analysis for customer complaints.

The role requires at least two years in custodial services, knowledge of Ability One, and excellent communication. Some travel and background screening may be required to support this contract.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years of custodial services experience.
• Knowledge of Ability One mission and expectations.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent team member/customer service skills.
• Must be physically able to perform general tasks in the assigned contract.
• Must interact appropriately with customers and team members.
• May require a valid driver’s license and insurability under company policy.
• Must meet eligibility requirements for work assignment on the specified contract(s).
• Must pass state or federal background screenings as appropriate.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to the GCE Quality Control Plan for performance standards at the assigned site(s).
• Inspect services for defects, timeliness, and discrepancies and report findings to the Project Manager.
