Job summary

Chimes is seeking a Quality Control Coordinator to ensure contract compliance and lead the QC program across the site. You will oversee QC functions, inspect cleaning work, and report findings to the Project Manager.

The role requires a strong focus on quality, safety, and customer service, with duties including staff training, inspections, and adherence to policies. A valid driver’s license and ability to work on site are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years’ experience in performing quality control inspections or managing a quality control program for similar services.
• High School diploma or Equivalent; CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
• Knowledge of safety standards and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Comply with all Agency policies and procedures and follow contract specifications.
• Provide and maintain a quality control program approved by site contracting office and management.
• Oversee and coordinate the quality control functions of this contract and perform daily QC duties.
