Qualifications

• Minimum five years of janitorial management experience.
• Experience supervising a large team (20+ employees).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation.
• Able to estimate labor hours and materials for projects.
• Strong planning, organization, and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to read blueprints and shop drawings.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and develop custodial staff to ensure consistent high-quality cleaning.
• Evaluate team performance and provide coaching and advancement feedback.
• Provide training and skill development for new hires and current staff.
• Oversee daily operations reporting and respond to customer concerns.
• Assign shifts, monitor coverage, and adapt to changing needs.
• Perform cleaning duties as needed to support operations.
