Qualifications

• Basic cleaning responsibilities requires no previous experience.

• Uses portable backpack-style vacuum cleaner.
• Attention to detail, pride in delivering excellent service, organization and energy.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, and wash floors and other surfaces inside buildings.
• Operate floor buffers and shampoo machines; vacuum rugs in offices and public areas.
• Spot clean daily and shampoo as directed; dust furniture and fixtures.
• Restock supplies in bathrooms; monitor fixtures and report defects.
• Remove trash daily and manage waste liners; assist with seasonal tasks as directed.
