Sealed Air in Duncan, SC is seeking a Cushioning Technical Service Representative to join our field team. You will install and support packaging systems, train operators, and troubleshoot equipment at customer sites while delivering high‑quality service and product care solutions.

You will build strong customer relationships, identify improvement opportunities, prepare quotes, and collaborate with Sales to meet annual forecasts in the Protective business.

Formación

• Experience with mechanical troubleshooting of packaging equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and troubleshooting charts.
• Knowledge of packaging systems, materials, equipment, and processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience using CRM systems and service documentation tools for account/inventory/issues.
• Strong consultative selling, account development, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong customer relationship-building and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills with the ability to travel daily and occasionally overnight.

Responsabilidades

• Install and support packaging systems at customer locations, train operators, and address equipment/safety questions.
• Troubleshoot and maintain packaging equipment, repair breakdowns, and identify potential improvements.
• Build technical expertise across Sealed Air products and programs and communicate their value to end users.
• Develop trusted customer relationships, understand needs, and encourage upgrades.
• Identify and develop sales opportunities within existing accounts with the sales team.
• Prepare customer quotations and support opportunities contributing to sales growth.
• Manage service and administrative activities including CRM, inventory, and travel reports.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Packaging Application Center, Sales, and internal partners to resolve needs.
