• Develop controls to ensure curricular systems integrity.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to faculty, staff, students, and external stakeholders.
• Manage Formstack submissions related to role updates and workflow adjustments.
• Promote and communicate university policies and procedures regarding curriculum changes and deadlines.
