You will collaborate with diverse departments to provide encoding, analysis, configuration support, and maintenance for tools, improving efficiency and user experiences campus‑wide.

Qualifications

  • Requires an associate’s degree in a related area or equivalency (one year of education can be substituted for two years of related work experience) and 2‑4 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
  • Familiar with relational database concepts, and client‑server concepts.

Responsibilities

  • Configure and maintain curriculum and program requirements in the academic catalog, ensuring accuracy and alignment with institutional standards.
  • Provide comprehensive support to faculty throughout the curriculum review and approval process, ensuring proposed changes comply with university policies and state regulations.
  • Collaborate with faculty, staff, and academic departments to optimize the use and functionality of curriculum management systems.
  • Operate across multiple platforms to ensure consistency and alignment between institutional policies, course prerequisites, the student information system, and the published catalog.
  • Lead and contribute to cross‑functional projects with partners to enhance curriculum technologies.
  • Gather and analyze user feedback on curriculum software performance and implement system enhancements.
