Job summary

University of Utah seeks an entry-level Business Systems Analyst to support curriculum technologies in the Registrar’s Office. You will help encode and maintain the general catalog and coordinate with campus stakeholders, student information systems, and curriculum tools.

You will work with faculty and staff to implement curriculum changes, ensure policy compliance, and participate in projects across Undergraduate Studies, the Graduate School, and UOnline.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent required; 2–4 years of related work experience.
• Experience with relational databases and curriculum management is preferred.
• Familiarity with university policies and degree audit concepts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain curriculum and program requirements in the catalog.
• Support faculty through curriculum review and approval processes.
• Collaborate with departments to optimize curriculum management systems.
