Job summary

Emerson College is seeking a Curriculum Coordinator for the School of Arts and Interdisciplinary Studies (SOA). You will design and manage the full schedule for graduate and undergraduate offerings across the academic year, coordinating with Chairs, the Dean, and Academic Affairs to align with curriculum objectives and student needs.

You will monitor enrollment trends, prepare workload reports, and support faculty hiring for affiliated faculty.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3-5 years of experience in higher education with progression of responsibilities required.
• Experience with curricular and student concern preferred.
• Demonstrated intercultural competence and a commitment to working with diverse populations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop course scheduling for SOA in consultation with the Chair, Associate Chair, Dean, and Academic Affairs.
• Plan and schedule curricular changes in partnership with SOA leadership.
• Monitor enrollment trends and advise on degree audits and registration processes.
• Attend Curriculum and Graduate Program Committee meetings as required.
• Maintain faculty records and prepare workload reports with catalog copy accuracy.
