Job summary

Emerson College is seeking a Program Lifecycle Administrator to lead the academic program lifecycle from introduction to sunset, advising faculty and leadership, and coordinating ASA's tools and workflows. You will manage governance, dashboards, and data-driven insights while supporting active research initiatives.

This remote role collaborates with deans, chairs, and staff, with occasional on-campus meetings and a strong emphasis on data integrity and process documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field required.
• 3-5 years in academic operations or related fields with strong coordination skills.
• Experience managing multiple workflows and stakeholder relationships under deadlines.
• Familiarity with academic workflow tools and market intelligence tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program lifecycle processes from development to sunset with governance alignment.
• Advise faculty and leadership on timelines and submission requirements.
• Track proposals through governance, deliver progress reports and KPIs.
• Maintain ASA's workflow templates and central calendar for coordination.
• Support research initiatives with data gathering and market scans.
• Prepare data sets and narratives for stakeholder review and approval.
• Develop dashboards and reporting tools with the analytics team.
• Onboard deans, chairs, and faculty to ASA's analytical tools.
• Monitor vendor performance and renewals with procurement and IT.
