Job summary

Anne Arundel Community College (AACC) seeks an Instructional Coordinator in the School of Science, Technology, and Education to provide instructional and administrative support for faculty, course offerings, scheduling, and curriculum documentation.

The role encompasses building and managing class schedules, monitoring enrollment, tracking faculty loads, handling contracts, textbooks, and billing, and coordinating with external partners to support departmental programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team and provide customer service.
• Proficiency with Windows-based software, databases, and data reporting.

Responsibilities

• Build, analyze, organize, and modify the class schedule for submission to Records and Registration.
• Monitor enrollment timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
• Coordinate EPC proposals and ensure curriculum documents are current.
• Track faculty loads and generate required reports for ACA compliance.
• Manage contracts, course assignments, and direct billing related tasks.
• Oversee textbooks orders and collaboration with the bookstore and publishers.
• Collaborate with external schools and internal offices to support scheduling and registration.
