Job summary

Anne Arundel Community College (AACC) seeks an Instructional Coordinator in the School of Science, Technology, and Education to support faculty, course offerings, and scheduling at the Arnold/Main Campus.

You will manage EPC proposals, curriculum tracking, faculty loading, contracts, and textbooks, while collaborating with the TEACH Institute and Anne Arundel County Public Schools to ensure program success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• Minimum of two years of relevant experience.
• Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and provide excellent customer service.
• Experience with Windows-based software including word processing, databases, data retrieval, and presentation.
• Detail-oriented, independent, and accurate.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Professional and respectful interaction with students, faculty, staff and the public.

Responsibilities

• Schedule: build, analyze, organize, coordinate, enter, and modify the schedule of classes and submit to Records & Registration.
• Monitor enrollments and assist with recommendations for offerings or cancellation of sections.
• Prepare documents to approve run-cut decisions and ensure rosters are captured.
• Analyze enrollment trends and maintain records of curriculum changes.
• Track faculty loads and schedules to ensure ACA compliance.
• Assign courses to faculty and manage contracts; oversee compensation documents.
• Manage textbook orders and direct digital access in coordination with the bookstore.
• Liaise with TEACH Institute and Anne Arundel County Public Schools on external collaborations.
• Collaborate with staff on systems changes and participate in college-wide task forces.
