Job summary

Emerson College is seeking a Curriculum Coordinator for the School of Arts and Interdisciplinary Studies (SOA) to develop course scheduling for graduate and undergraduate programs and oversee curriculum alignment across the academic year.

You will collaborate with the Chair, Dean, and Academic Affairs to solicit requests, manage classroom assignments, and maintain accurate course data in the university systems, ensuring timely registrations and degree audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in higher education with progression of responsibilities.
• Experience with curricular and student concern preferred.
• Demonstrated intercultural competence and a commitment to working with diverse populations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop course scheduling for SOA in consultation with leadership.
• Direct curricular planning, changes, and scheduling in partnership with SOA leadership.
• Monitor enrollment trends and advise on degree audits and catalog descriptions.
• Facilitate undergraduate and graduate registration and manage course data in institutional systems.
