Job summary

GLS is seeking a Training Specialist II in Tempe, AZ to oversee training content delivery and curriculum development. You will lead stakeholder relationships, mentor Training Specialist I staff, and deliver new hire and tenured training content while updating materials to meet evolving business needs.

You will drive value by delivering curricula that meet all stakeholders’ expectations, using adult learning methodologies, and by measuring training effectiveness to continuously improve programs.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering training content to diverse audiences.
• Ability to mentor and guide junior staff in a learning environment.
• Strong collaboration with business stakeholders to meet learning needs.

Responsibilities
