Job summary

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with curbside check-in
• Assist guests with luggage check-in and boarding pass issuance
• Charge for bag fees and overweight bags
• Input guest information for enrollment in the process
• Tag luggage with destination tags and provide receipts
• Maintain a positive, professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment
• Follow TSA and safety procedures and uphold client guidelines
