Bags, a Metropolis company, is hiring a Skycap to check in passengers at curbside, handle luggage, and issue boarding passes at airport locations. The role requires airline compliance training, weekend/holiday availability, and outdoor work in varying weather.

Qualifications

• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to work early morning shifts.
• Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests at the desk warmly and professionally.
• Assist guests with luggage check-in and verify flight itineraries.
• Input guest information and enroll as needed for the process.
• Process check-in of bags, including credit card payments.
• Weigh and tag luggage, issue boarding passes and receipts.
• Provide information and directions to passengers and carry out TSA-related procedures.
