Job summary

SP+ at Pittsburgh airport is seeking Skycap personnel to check in passengers curbside, issue boarding passes, and manage luggage in outdoor, high-traffic conditions. You will greet guests, assist with luggage, and process payments while maintaining excellent customer service.

Training is provided; weekend and early morning shifts are required. Candidates should have 6 months of customer service experience, data entry skills, and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather.

Qualifications

• 6 months of face-to-face guest service experience preferred.
• Data entry and/or computer experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests and clients.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Must pass pre-employment drug testing.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and assist with curbside check-in.
• Assist guests with luggage, check-in, and boarding pass issuance.
• Handle luggage tagging and baggage fees according to airline and TSA standards.
• Maintain professionalism and provide high level of customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Work early morning shifts and weekends; training provided.
