Qualifications

• 6+ months of face-to-face guest service experience preferred.
• Clear communication with guests and clients.
• Ability to work early mornings and outside in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly at the curbside desk and assist with luggage check-in.
• Verify flight itineraries and bag counts, weigh and tag baggage.
• Process boarding passes and collect baggage fees as needed.
• Maintain a high level of customer service in a fast-paced environment.
