Job summary

SP+ is seeking a Curbside Check-in Agent at the airport to assist passengers curbside, issue boarding passes, and tag luggage. This role is outdoors on the curb with early shifts.

Requires airline compliance training, weekend/holiday availability, and ability to work outside in various weather. Full-time with starting pay $15.00 per hour plus tips; benefits include 401k and insurance.

Qualifications

• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Able to work early morning shifts and weekends/holidays.
• At least 6 months of face-to-face guest service experience.
• Data entry or computer experience preferred.
• Knowledge of the airline or travel industry preferred.
• Must pass pre-employment background screening and drug testing.

Responsibilities

• Check in passengers at curbside and issue boarding passes.
• Tag luggage and collect payment for excess baggage as required.
• Input guest information and verify flight itineraries.
• Provide directions and flight information with a high level of customer service.
• Maintain TSA compliance training and safety procedures.
• Work shifts start early and run into the afternoon; 1st and 2nd shifts.
• Stand outdoors in all weather conditions.
