Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read, write and understand English.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Maintain grounds, amenities and building exteriors to maximize curb appeal and resident satisfaction.
• Remove trash daily from office areas and property perimeter.
• Assist in market-ready unit preparation.
• Pressure wash exterior surfaces and sidewalks.
• Assist with property emergencies, such as snow removal and other weather events.
• Clean available apartments, model homes and common areas as directed.
• Report maintenance and life-safety issues promptly.
