Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Remove trash and debris daily.
• Assist in preparing market-ready units.
• Pressure wash exterior buildings and sidewalks.
• Assist with weather-related emergencies (snow, fires, floods).
• Clean available apartments, model homes and common areas.
• Report maintenance and life-safety issues promptly.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and curb appeal.
