Job summary

RangeWater Real Estate is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain the exterior features and overall curb appeal of our community. The role includes completing minor repairs under the Service Manager’s direction and ensuring common areas are neat and well-kept.

Daily tasks include removing litter, cleaning common areas, and assisting with make-ready work on vacant units. The position requires weekend availability and a focus on safety and resident relations.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• Experience Preferred: Property Management and Customer Service background sufficient to manage the day-to-day grounds operation of an apartment community.

Responsibilities

• Inspects the community throughout the day to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings.
• Removes trash and remaining items from vacant apartments prior to the make-ready process and cleans dumpster/storage areas.
• Completes service requests as assigned.
• Distributes notices and communications to residents as necessary.
• Informs supervisor of hazards or dangerous situations for residents and team members.
• Demonstrates customer service by addressing resident questions and concerns.
