Newrez is seeking a Default Title Curative Specialist to review and resolve title defects in default, foreclosure, and REO contexts. You will assess title searches, identify defects, and determine actions in line with investor guidelines.

The role requires collaboration with clients, vendors, and internal teams to meet service levels, while maintaining accurate case documentation and timely progress updates.

• Examine title searches for vesting, liens, and defects and determine resolution strategy.
• Ability to coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to resolve title issues.
