Newrez seeks a Default Title Curative Specialist to facilitate clearance of title defects in default, foreclosure, REO and related mortgage servicing matters. You will evaluate title searches, identify defects, and determine curative actions in line with investor guidelines.

You will coordinate with clients, vendors, title companies and internal teams to ensure timely resolution, maintain service levels, and document progress in internal systems while communicating clearly with stakeholders.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–5+ years of title, curative, default mortgage servicing, or financial services experience preferred.
• 2+ years of Curative, REO, or Foreclosure experience preferred.
• Familiarity with BKFS LoanSphere FC/BK (LPS) platform preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Review curative referrals for accuracy and validity.
• Examine title searches for vesting, liens, encumbrances, judgments, and other defects.
• Coordinate execution and recording of corrective documents.
• Engage creditors and lienholders to obtain lien releases and satisfactions.
• Maintain documentation and status updates within internal systems.
