Job summary

Newrez in the United States is seeking a Default Title Curative Specialist to evaluate title searches, identify defects, and determine corrective actions in accordance with investor guidelines. You will coordinate with clients, vendors, title companies, and internal teams to ensure timely resolution, file title insurance claims, and manage curative matters from initiation to recording of documents.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–5+ years of title, curative, default mortgage servicing, or financial services experience preferred.
• 2+ years of Curative, REO, or Foreclosure experience preferred.
• Familiarity with BKFS LoanSphere FC/BK (LPS) platform preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate title curative referrals for accuracy, completeness, and validity.
• Coordinate and manage curative matters including filings, litigation, and lien releases.
• Liaise with clients, vendors, title companies, attorneys, and internal teams to meet SLAs.
