You will resolve title defects, coordinate with lenders, recorders, and counsel, and maintain meticulous documentation to support post-sale title packages, reconveyances, and investor requirements. Experience in curative work and reconveyance is preferred for growth within a national practice.

Qualificações

• Strong defect resolution, time management, planning and prioritization, plus meticulous documentation.
• Persistence when working with external parties and stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Execute curative actions and maintain airtight documentation supporting marketable title outcomes.
• Coordinate with external parties (recorders, lienholders, counsel) and track deadlines through resolution.
• Follow curative standards, checklists, and templates; elevate exceptions appropriately.
