Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in title, curative, default mortgage servicing, or financial services.
• 2+ years of Curative, REO, or Foreclosure experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of title searches and lien resolution.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate clearance of title defects for default and foreclosure cases.
• Manage a variety of curative matters and prepare corrective documents.
• Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal departments.
