DLB Associates in Holmdel, NJ, is seeking an energetic Employee Trainer to lead new hire onboarding and culture development within the Design Department. This hybrid role blends in-person sessions at the DLB-LAB (Bell Works) with remote work on non-training days, and it serves as the face of DLB culture during the critical first months.

You will design and deliver engaging multi-day orientations, foster cohort community, coordinate logistics, and align onboarding with corporate training goals,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or equivalent in education/HR or related field.
• Experience in professional training or adult education preferred.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cohorts and schedules.

Responsabilités

• Lead multi-day, in-person onboarding sessions for new hires.
• Deliver content on culture, values, norms, and expectations.
• Coordinate logistics, scheduling, AV setup, and communications.
• Track participation and provide status reports to leadership.
• Support ongoing onboarding program development and alignment with corporate training.
