NIQ seeks a seasoned professional to design and scale leadership and culture programs across a global organization. You will own the lifecycle from discovery to launch, ensuring programs are actionable, scalable, and aligned with business strategy.

You will partner with HR and business leaders to deliver digital-first experiences, using AI to extend reach while maintaining high quality and impact across geographies and employee groups.

Qualifications

• 6+ years designing leadership, manager, learning, talent development, or culture programs in a complex global org.
• Proven experience designing, launching, or scaling manager development programs.
• Experience managing senior leadership development programs and working with external partners; executive coaching preferred.
• Experience converting high-touch programs into scalable digital, blended, or self-service solutions.
• Strong facilitation and delivery skills for virtual or in-person sessions for managers and senior leaders.
• Strong product mindset with user discovery, prioritization, prototyping, testing, and continuous improvement.

Responsabilités

• Lead the design and launch of NIQ's Manager Development Program creating scalable experiences for managers at all levels.
• Digitize and update development programs into digital, blended, and self-service formats.
• Review current program portfolio and decide what to scale, redesign, or retire based on needs and feedback.
• Manage NIQ's Senior Leadership Program including participant experience and operations.
• Embed NIQ's culture manifesto through practical tools, guides, and communications.
• Design digital-first development products, learning journeys, templates, and self-service support.
