Qualifications

• Presale, discovery and engagement experience shaping scope and estimates.
• 10+ years in software engineering and architecture with leadership roles.
• Proven track record delivering large enterprise modernization programs.
• Experience managing delivery across multiple accounts or engagements.
• Fluency with T&M, fixed price and managed services models.
• Deep cloud expertise across AWS, Azure, GCP and modern architectures.
• Practical AI usage to improve workflows and delivery lifecycles.
• Strong consulting skills with senior stakeholder engagement.
• Able to build and scale distributed engineering teams.
• Excellent leadership, communication and strategic thinking.
