You will hire and train culinary staff, monitor safety and sanitation, and collaborate with the leadership team to deliver outstanding dining experiences while supporting the community's budget and goals.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a commercial kitchen.
• Strong knowledge of menu planning, food costs, and portion control.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills in a team setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversees budgeting, purchasing, cost control, and inventory.
