Job summary

Margaritaville Hotel San Diego Gaslamp Quarter is seeking a Culinary Supervisor to lead the kitchen team in a fast-paced setting. You will oversee food preparation, ensure high quality, and manage inventory and costs while mentoring culinary staff.

The role requires leadership experience, English fluency, and knowledge of hospitality food and beverage operations. Only applicants with relevant supervisory experience will be considered.

Qualifications

• Read, write and speak English fluently.
• Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other Team Members.
• Six months to one year in a supervisory position preferred.
• Some wine and fine food knowledge helpful.

Responsibilities

• Oversee kitchen operations and culinary staff in a fast-paced environment.
• Manage inventory and control food costs.
• Develop and implement new menu items and techniques.
• Train and mentor culinary staff to ensure high quality and consistency.
