Job summary

Margaritaville Hotel San Diego Gaslamp Quarter is seeking an Outlet Manager to oversee restaurant operations, drive profitability, and maintain peak food and service standards in a vibrant downtown setting.

You will coordinate with Room Service and Bar, lead a team, and balance strategic planning with daily shift organization. Previous supervisory experience in fine dining is preferred, with emphasis on guest satisfaction and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Read, write, and speak English.
• Prefer two to three years of fine dining experience.
• Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit, where applicable.
• Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other employees.
• Meet minimum age requirement of jurisdiction.
• Previous supervisory/management skills and experience.
• Requires 8th grade math level.
• Requires high school reasoning level.
• Requires 12th grade language use level.

Responsibilities

• Ensure restaurant operates efficiently and profitably.
• Coordinate activities for related outlets (Room Service and Bar).
• Manage business performance of the restaurant.
