Qualifications

• Proven General Manager experience in full-service hotel or resort.
• Strong leadership across Food & Beverage with financial oversight.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinker with ability to drive revenue and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of hotel operations including Rooms, Food & Beverage, Sales, Marketing, Finance and HR.
• Drive revenue, profitability and financial performance through strategic planning.
• Provide strong leadership to department heads and staff, fostering accountability and service.
• Oversee F&B operations ensuring quality, profitability and guest experience.
• Build relationships with ownership, leadership, guests and stakeholders.
• Monitor market trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Ensure standards and service levels align with brand expectations.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial management to maximize revenue and control costs.
• Inspire a high-energy, guest-focused culture reflecting Margaritaville.
