Job summary

Delaware North Sportservice at Lambeau Field in Green Bay, Wisconsin, is hiring Culinary Supervisors (full-time and part-time) to lead a busy kitchen, supervise line cooks, and ensure high-quality food for guests.

Pay is $18.00 per hour with weekly pay, plus a benefits package including health, dental, vision, 401(k) match, paid time off, and tuition reimbursement. Shifts include evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Two years' experience as a line cook, including supervisory experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively and lead in a fast-paced environment.
• Attentive and detail-oriented.
• Basic math skills for recipes and portioning.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all team members and ensure food preparation and production meet quality standards.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of walk-ins and freezers and ensure all kitchen equipment is in working order.
• Effectively supervise proper breakdown, rotation, labeling, dating, and storage of food.
• Perform opening, closing, and side work duties.
• Actively work to maintain food cost within parameters set by culinary leadership.
• Partner with team members and restaurant managers to satisfy guests.
