Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months to 1 year previous experience in back-of-the-house foodservice position preferred.

Responsibilities

• Aid in supervision of dishwashers and porters under direction of Sous Chef.
• Ensure food items are prepared according to Delaware North standards.
• Maintain sanitation procedures and organization of work area.
• Ensure proper food temperatures are maintained.
